Jones & AndrewsEstablished in 1961, Jones and Andrews Ltd was primarily a company that specified in bespoke joinery, providing high quality hand crafted timber products to its customers.

In recent decades the company has evolved into an expert shop fitting organisation. Our clients include many well-known high street stores. At Jones and Andrews it is believed that the development of skills and organisational learning is the key to our success. This has resulted in the acquirement of specific capabilities enabling the organisation to manage and deliver complete new stores from start to finish.

Whilst the growth of the company has resulted in the winning of major contracts, the core values of the original founders still remain. We take pride in ensuring our service to the client is at the highest standard of professionalism and this has been the case for the last half century.

Les Jones

Les started Jones & Andrews in 1961 and is currently our Finance Director.

Derek Morgan

Derek Morgan

Started in 1990 and is currently our Managing Director.

Matt Jones

Matthew Jones

Started in 1991 and is now our Company Secretary.

Becci Davies

Becci Davies

Becci joined the ranks in 2007 as office admin and PA to the Directors.

Vicky Richards

Vicky Richards

Vicky is the newest member of office staff, joining in 2013.

Paul Young

Paul Young

Paul started with us at Jones & Andrews Ltd as a fresh faced 16 year old apprentice in 1983. He has now progressed to Workshop Manager, overseeing all joinery aspects including the manufacture of all shop fitting kit. He is also our company buyer, which involves negotiating costs and rates of all materials for all our projects nationwide.

Mike Linnane

Mike Linnane

Mike has been a part of our team since 2004. He started as a Stone Mason and quickly progressed on to a Site Manager and is currently now one of our integral Project Managers. Mike oversees all of our new large store projects for one of the biggest Worldwide sports retailer and has a team of site managers who he works closely with to deliver our stores on time and to the standards that our client demands.

Peter Nottley

Peter Nottley

Peter started with us as an apprentice and is now one of our London based Project Managers, overseeing our works for one of the leading department stores on Oxford Street. Peter has been based in the store for the last 3 years.
